Q.How long will it take
from the time I place my order until the time when I receive my
CEU’s?
A.If you’re ordering
programs on the web-site, courses will be available to you in
a matter of minutes. If you’re ordering the courses in booklet
form from our office by mail, fax, or phone, the order will be
shipped out the same day the office receives it. The only delay
is the time it takes the order to be transported through the United
States Postal Service.
Q.Does my state approve
your self-study courses?
A. All states with the
exception of Missouri and Kansas accept programs sponsored by
the NAB. Some states restrict the number of credit hours for each
licensing period that can be satisfied through use of self-study.
Click on the regulations button on our web-site to check the regulations
for your state.
Q.Who is responsible for
reporting the CEU’s I earn to my state board?
A.Each student is responsible
for keeping track of his or her CEU credits, however, the Executive
Series reports those courses taken by students to their state
monthly. The Executive Series maintains records of all courses
taken should there ever be a question.
Q.What if I fail my test?
A.If you fail a test which
was sent to you in booklet form from our office, our office will
notify you and give you further instructions. If you fail a test
taken on the web-site follow the instructions found there. All
students are entitled to one test re-take free of charge.
Q.Which credit cards do
you accept?
A.MasterCard and Visa are
accepted both on the web-site and by phone, fax, or mail through
the office.
Q.Can I pay by check?
A.Personal and business
checks are accepted when purchasing courses by mail.
Q.Will I receive an original
certificate from your office?
A.Both the web-site and
the office produce original certificates which are signed. If
you are an administrator licensed in Arkansas, your state requires
a certificate with a hand written signature. To request a hand
signed certificate from the web-site press the certificate button
and one will be mailed to you. Certificates from programs ordered
through the office by phone, fax, or mail automatically have handwritten
signatures.
Q.How many programs can
I order?
A. There are no restrictions
to the number of programs that can be purchased. It is advisable
to check our regulations page to review any specific state restrictions.
Q.How long has the Executive
Series been providing programs for Nursing Home Administrators?
A.Seven years
Q.Which is more cost effective,
ordering programs on-line or ordering programs in booklet form?
A.Both ways are effective.
Ordering our programs in booklet form allows you to have a hard
copy for your library without having to download the material
from our web-site. By ordering on-line the student saves on mailing
and handling charges.
